Electrical wire components are small parts produced in large numbers, where every piece has to behave identically. A spring contact is specified by contact force at a stated deflection, not just by shape, because too little force means intermittent connection and too much damages the mating part. We manufacture to that specification on fixed tooling.
The range also covers mesh cable trays and baskets for installation work, panel internals and equipment guarding. Panel builders and equipment manufacturers order repeat batches, and we retain tooling so the part supplied next year matches the part supplied this year.
