Custom manufacturing is the largest part of what we do, and it starts in one of two places: a drawing, or a sample. Neither needs to be perfect. If you have a CAD file we will review it for manufacturability first; if you have a part that a supplier has stopped making, we will measure it and work out the specification.

The useful part is what happens next. We will tell you where a change to a bend radius, a joint position or a material would make the part cheaper, stronger or faster to produce — and if the original failed in a particular way, that usually points to a change worth making rather than reproducing the same weakness.

Custom Products — common questions

I do not have a drawing. Can you still manufacture the product?
Yes. Send a sample of the existing part, or a clear photograph with measurements, and we will work out the specification from it. A physical sample is often better than a drawing.
Will you advise if our design can be improved?
Yes, before tooling rather than after. If a change to a bend, a joint or a material would make the part better or cheaper to produce, we will say so and let you decide.
Do you manufacture custom products products to custom sizes?
Yes. Custom sizing is standard for us rather than an exception. Send dimensions, a drawing or a sample and we will manufacture to it.
Do you accept bulk and repeat orders?
Yes. We handle bulk production and scheduled repeat orders alongside smaller quantities, and we hold the specification and finish consistent across the run.
Which materials do you use for these products?
Mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized iron and powder coated steel, chosen for where the product will be used. We will recommend the right one if you are unsure.
Do you supply across India?
Yes. We manufacture in Delhi and dispatch to customers throughout India, with delivery schedules confirmed at the time of order.
