You give us personal information only when you choose to, through the enquiry form on this website. That form asks for:

• Your company name (optional)
• Your mobile number
• The product or category you are enquiring about (optional)
• The product name you are enquiring about (optional)
• The quantity you require (optional)
• Your message or requirement

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to understand your requirement and respond to your enquiry. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp on the number you provide in connection with that enquiry.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your enquiry reaches us

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to us by email. The message is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our email provider.

Cookies and analytics

Separately from the enquiry form, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It is set on every page and it starts when the page loads, so it collects without you entering anything.

What it records is the page you viewed, when, roughly where you are in the world, the device and browser you used, and how you arrived — a search, a link or a direct visit. Google sets a cookie so a return visit is recognised as the same visitor. We read this only in aggregate, to see which products and pages people look for. We do not use it to identify you, we have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features, and we do not combine it with anything you send through the enquiry form.

If you would rather not be measured, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers can block analytics cookies. Neither affects your use of this website or your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to serve you as a customer or to answer follow-up questions, and no longer than is reasonably necessary for our business records.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
